George STUART, b. 1747 - d. 11 Nov 1819 - no other details unfortunately - married Barbara REIDFORD born Marnoch, (bap. 11 Dec) 1753 - d. 11 April 1844 Turriff. Parents George REIDFORD 1712 - 1787 and Barbara MOORSON 1717 - 1795. [Data courtesy of my 4C1R Alan MORRISON] I don't know where the CATTO comes from, but we have an Alexander Catto REIDFORD, a butcher by trade, who was born 25 Jan 1892, Bloomfield Rd, Aberdeen. Died 11 Jan 1955 Aberdeen North. Don't yet know who he married. Parents were: George REIDFORD 1857 -1941 and Magdeline JOHNSON 1861 - 1931. CATTO is not within either sets of grandparents' names either. Alexander was one of 8 known children. Do you have more recent DUNCANs; ones who may still be alive?
