    3. Re: Box Lunches, etc., etc. x-ScottFrom Archie's Scottish Delights Lunchbar ! Greetings famished pioneers. Welcome to Guelph! We need to know which lunch package and how many you wish to order for your lunch for Saturday, July 24, 2004. You may choose from beef (Aye, prized "Bruce" beef at that!), egg salad (probably from "Bruce" chickens) or tuna (from the "Lochs of Scotland" ?) along with a box of other goodies as listed below. So, what's it going to be? Let me know ASAP, order deadline no doubt at least one week prior to the Gathering. Hurray hard! We are ordering 100 boxes, if we need more so be it. Let me know today what you wish. Thank you. $ 10.00 per lunch box - includes sandwich (choose one), drink (choose one), cheese (Pine River!), date square .... all from the "Bruce" ! Beef Egg Salad Tuna Drink - you tell me - type of pop / water Cheers, Scott www.tireegathering.com -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For now, I think we should confirm the order for one hundred box lunches, then in two weeks time ask persons to order the number of boxes they want and the type of sandwich they would like. Perhaps they might be informed now that we were planning box lunches to allow for maximum meeting time at Harcourt and Royal City Park. Yours aye, A Subject: Box Lunches Gene, Archie's lass, has now worked out a price for Box Lunches for Saturday, July 24. A healthy boxed lunch will allow for maximum meeting time at Harcourt and Royal City Park. There can be a choice of beef, egg salad or tuna salad sandwich, date square, piece of cheese and a soft drink for $ 10.00 available at Harcourt and Royal City Park. We will order 100 boxes. This solves the problem of lunch for participants who will now be able to eat while meeting others, seeing displays, listening to the pipes, finding family on the wall, etc. and prevents standing in line for a meal. Yours aye, Archie ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
