Hi list, I am looking to make contact and swap info with anyone on the list who may also be researching Leitchs in Tarbert,Loch Fyne, or Inveraray, or Glassary. I am trying to find the parents of John Leitch and his brother Duncan Leitch who arrived in Tarbert,Loch Fyne from Inveraray in 1820. His family may have been living near Inveraray Castle. John and his brother would have been born about 1800. John married a Catharine Carmichael in 1828,in Tarbert and Duncan married a Catharine Macfarlane around the same time. Does anyone have any info on Leitchs from this time? I would love to hear from any one who has.
