My gggrandfather John Black was born about 1835. in the 1881 census for R&C he states that he was born in Kilmartin. He married Janet Roy in Greenock. Johns parents were Donald Black and Margaret Kerr. I have not been able as yet to find a birth record for John. Anyone related to this family? I would love to hear from you. Regards, Jane
