On an census extract from 1901 I have a profession which is part illegible and I have no idea what it is. Henry McIntyre born 1863 Inveraray was on the 1891 census and I know he married in 1907 and worked as a joiner at Ardkinglas Estate. But the only Henry McIntyre I've found for the 1901 Census is in Glassary and though the age is correct his place of birth is given as Glassary not Inverary and he has a wife. When he married in 1907 he was 43 and gave his status as a bachelor but I am wondering if the two Henry's could be the same person. So does anyone know what a Canal Fuarrier(?) is. I'm not sure what the second word is as it has been crossed through with the words Blue Whim added in brackets. If anyone has any ideas or wants to have a look at the extract I can forward it as an attachment. Thanks Katrina
