Wanda Seaview would probably be the name of the residence. Dunoon is on the coast and many guest houses and private residences names themselves such. You will probably find it is Seaview, (number) Auchamore Road, Dunoon. It could have been a private house, a guest house for holiday makers or a lodging house.
