Hello List I am searching for Peter McQUEEN born c.1845 probably in the Argyll, Bute, Ayr area. Peter McQUEEN was a plasterer and his father Hugh McQUEEN was a wool merchant. Peter McQueen married Esther Sarah POTTER in London 1868. He returned to Rothesay in the mid 1870s and lived at 97 Montague Street, Rothesay. In 1877 his 4th daughter Lottie Leveniana was born.
