Hi there I had MCCANNELLS in Colonsay and know of two MCCANNELL families from Islay and their descendants. I am wondering two things. 1. does anyone know of Gilbert McCannell born 1791 and Donald born 1786 were related? 2. does anyone know if either or both of these families were related to any McCannell families in Colonsay?
