I see I over looked this a few months back or loked when at this website prior to it being added. Donald McQuistan, born 1850 in Glen Barr, Argyleshire, Scotland, son of Malcolm and Jean ( McCorkingdale ) McGeachy. In 1873 he came to America and went to Clinton, County, Iowa, where he worked in a saw mill for six years. In 1879 he came to Clinton township, near Odebolt, IA. In 1891 he returned to Scotland and married Jeanette Huie, born 1862 in Argyleshire, Scotland. They were parents to: Marai Stuart, Jane, Malcom, Jeanette, Margaret, Mary ( Mrs. Donald Currie ), and John whom married Opal Babe.
