Janet: I have found a Robert Stewart born (1823) in the 1871 Census of Campbeltown, Argyll. His neice Elizabeth Campbell was living with him. He was a carter by trade but was dissabled by an accident. I can give you film # and page if you wish. I am afraid that's all the information gleaned from the census.
