I would love to be able to sit in Scotland and read these papers but I live in New South Wales, Australia - it is a little bit difficult to just pop over to Inverness, although the weather is probably a lot cooler than our +38C today. However, there is hard copy of those from 1817 to 1884 and on microfilm from 1885 to 1975. I believe that the library in Inverness has them. Both the Highland Family History Society, who have a room there, and Alastair MacLeod the Genealogist in the Highland Council Archives department will certainly have access to them.
