Good afternoon, I am researching the McLean family from Argyllshire Scotland. I have CHARLES MCLEAN m. CATHERINE MC LUCAS in Kilninian, Argyl, Scotland 19 Apr 1815. I show their first son as ARCHIBALD b. 09 May 1819. I know this family emigrated to Ontario Canada in 1821, but have yet been unable to find any ancestors. Does anyone out there have access to the marriage records for this town, and might be able to find parents for Charles and Catherine? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
