Interested to know if anyone knows the names of any of the children of Donald LIVINGSTONE (1728-1816) of Savary, Morvern, ARL, Sct and his wife Kate McINNES. It was this Donald LIVINGSTONE who saved the STEWART Banner at the Battle of Culloden in 1746. This is probably the Donald LIVINGSTONE listed in the 1779 Duke of Argyll's census as: ------------------------------------------ Duke of Agyll's 1779 Census Donald LIVINGSTON[E], tenant and family, 6 males, 4 females, Savary ------------------------------------------ My gt gt grandfather was Adam LIVINGSTONE, the miller at Savary around 1820, who would appear to be a descendant of this group.
