We all need to send a feedback when we experience problems so that they can identify the issue. I dont think it serves any purpose in thinking that "someone else will have done it, why should I?" Thanks to you all for your response, I did have another go and got much the same response, but HEY ! they manage to grab the money quick enough - they have that bit working OK, thing is that if they don't get it sorted by 48 hours I will need to buy more credits, which is annoying as I have about 20 still on there.
