Hi Chris, If you are looking for records pre-1855 you have to send for a printout I think. For 1 credit they tell you the information only. I also THINK it would be cheaper and more sensible to get the whole film from your local FHC and get them to help you copy a page - once you know which film you want! From 1855 you can download certificates for 5 credits which is worthwhile. I may have got this wrong so anyone knowing better may respond and explain. Best wishes, Mary in Perth (WA)
