    3. Hi Janet My interests are principally in NE Scotland and England. I'm subscribed to the Argyll List, and others in Argyll, because I live in this area and enjoy helping with others queries. I've spent about 30 years, on and off doing family research - yes even before we could do it on-line - and got lots of help so I'm quite happy to return the favour. I do have one connection with Argyll - one of my HORNEs (George) from the NE married an Ardchattan lass (Catherine McARTHUR) on 19/4/1852 at Ardchattan Kirk. Hi Janet Thanks...although I am not unsubbing from the list...I simply tried to explain why everyone was receiving email messages with please unsubscribe and their email address at the bottom of their emails. I see now there has been a change to this signature and our email addresses no longer feature at the bottom of each email.
