Hi Listers, I'm very excited this morning as I've broken down a brick wall by finding the death of my g.grandfather. Mind you the way his name has been indexed at Scotland's People made things quite difficult by recording his name as ALEJXANDER. I had replaced some of the letters with an * but this didn't help so this time I didn't enter the Christian name and then his name came up, luckily there weren't all that many Boyd's who died in Oban between 1915 and 1929 and at the same time discovered that his first born was his stepson, so now I've been able to find his birth also. Sandy (Tasmania, Australia)
Well done, Sandy. Hope your good luck rubs off.
