Hello List, I remember a few years ago someone looking for their ancestor Lachlan McNeill. I have recently discovered that my ggg-aunt on Gigha married Archibald McNeill son of Lachlan McNeill and Grace ....... on Gigha 1820. The only place I have Archibald's parents' names from is his death certificate and he died aged 83 so it is not certain that his parents were Lachlan and Grace but I suppose it is likely. So I've been searching for sons and daughters to Lachlan McNeills in the late 18th century. If anyone is searching for this name I'll be happy to share. As yet I have not found Lachlan and Grace.
