    3. Thanks to Ian Grant, I have the answer I needed. The place is Finchairn - without the 'a'. 3. Hi Les. Quite agree. If you'd like a question, I could reprise one about burials at DALNESS, at the top of Glen Etive. For those not previously in this loop, there is a burial site at Dalness. Little is known about it, apparently. It is suspected that at least some are buried there who might otherwise have been buried at Eilean Munde, the traditional burial ground in Loch Leven. I can't go and look at it myself unfortunately but I imagine it is at least partly overgrown. I think it is opposite Dalness House, more or less. It would be a close thing as to whether it is on the National Trust land or private. If this has not been explored I think it deserves to be. What do others think? Best wishes Bill Sydney ----- Original Message ----- From: "Les Horn" <leshorn@ythanonich.freeserve.co.uk> To: <SCT-ARGYLL@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, March 02, 2009 8:53 AM Subject: Re: [ARGYLL] Is anybody there | Hi all | | Is anybody there or have you all gone into hibernation.
