Hi All, I have found a document titled "Siol Eachairn". This document explains the origins of the stock clan and adds some apparently new and corroborating evidence for the origins of the clan to be in Kintyre. (Still trying to find out how my lot came to be in Morvern, but maybe St Columba can answer that one day) The document was written by one of my ancestors. It was published in 1933 for the Gaeilc Society of Inverness. The author, Rev Dugald McEchern was mentored and educated by Dr Alex. MacBain.
