I spent a while there last week looking for any sign of a Catholic church or burial ground. I would not have found the island in several years. Thank you Les; this gives me an excuse to return, Nearest I got was the pier at Acharacle. I also spent some time on Scotlands People looking for the marriage; census has Ronald and Ann as Juliet's parents although she is sometimes called Julia. Her birth was April 1884 at Dalilea. Parents were both Macdonalds and they were married in 1870; she was their ninth or tenth child; I believe that they had fifteen children altogether.
