Tom, Think the Kings highway was what is now hwy 17 although through the years it has been moved around a bit to remove curves and many alts. have been added to by pass cities and heavy traffic areas. Just above Mt. Pleasant you can take a right off 17 go down a ways and see where the original crossed. I have been told that the Old Wagon trail is now hwy 1. If memory serves correctly the marker at the hwy 76 crossing calls that the kings hwy from Camdin to Charleston. Perhaps there were several. Frank
