Cousin Dale, Thanks for the information. Good to find a new family connection. My Uncle Fred T. Coker Jr. is living in Myrtle Beach, SC and has a ready memory about much of the family. Most of the material which I have came from him and my father. My Grandfather Fred T. Coker Sr. moved from somewhere around the Hebron-Cades community to Columbia before 1920. He raised his three sons in the Olympia Village community in Columbia. The connection I'm most interested in proving is the parentage of Whitley Coker Sr. Uncle Fred is confident he knows the connection, but I haven't seen any documents which establish it beyond doubt yet. I think this research may need to be done in North Carolina or Virginia. Someday I'll take the time and do the research. I want to add more Coker information on my web pages someday when I have spare time. If you have anything that might do well there, please send it my way. Especially any images of family members. Keep in touch, Steven J.
