Seeking documation of the parents of John Hodge b.1775 Sumter District, SC. Sibblings as listed in 1815 will of brother Benjamin were: John Benjamin Lydia m. Norton Jane Elizabeth m. Haley Mary m. McCleland Holland m. McCleland Sarah m. Courtney & Nichols Martha m. Hodge or remained single I believe Abraham was also a brother but was dead before 1815. It is possible that the Father is John Hodge who died 28 June 1776 at the battle at Hadrell's Point (Commonly called the Battle of Ft. Sullivan) which defended Charleston from the British.
