Pinkney Moses Gregory is my g-grandfather. Born 1849 and married in 1881 in Clay Co., MS. This and everything since then is all that is known according to his family, which is some 300 in number at this time. I have found a listing in the 1880 Clay Co. MS Census of a Pink Gregory age 31 b:SC his father b:SC his mother b:SC.; Paullina Gregory 59 mother b:SC; her father b:SC; and Lula 17 sister b:MS; her father b: SC I have no idea where to start looking in SC except to go through each and every census.
