Hello, all. I am new to this list and wondered if anyone had any lead (or advice) for hunting down my Dodd. William Dodd appeared on the 1800 Sumter County census with (presumably) a wife (Hannah _______), one son (Joseph Nathaniel Dodd b. 1794, d. 1847), and five daughters. By 1810, William is gone (dead?), but Hannah remains with one son and one daughter. In 1830, Hannah is in Barnwell County, SC. By 1840, the son (Joseph Nathaniel Dodd) has moved to St. George (Dorchester County). I am stuck on William and don't know where to search next. Any help would be appreciated. Anne Dodd
