My son Alexander Stuckey Jr and I will be in Sumter sometime within the next two weeks and need some guidance on where to find some graves and history. We will be looking for the graves of Edmund Stuckey and Edith Howell Stuckey, my husbands GGGgrandfather, Jane DuBose Stuckey, gggrandmother, Alexander Nelson Stuckey, g grandfather. Edmund died in 1831, Edith?, Jane Dubose in 1825, Alexander Nelson in 1876 . Is there a book of Headstones for Cemeterys or what would be your advice. Edmund was living in Upper Salem.
