Elizabeth BILLUPS in Lunenburg Va. in 1777 but had his home and considerable holdings near Jack Tar Creek in Clarendon Co S.c. They had four daughters: Frances, who m William VANCE;Ann Ransom who m l. J.P. FELDER 2. Richard RAGIN; Elizabeth Gardiner,who m John J. TATE; and Virginia who m. Joseph GALLUCHAT.
