I have a copy of the book Random Recollections of a Long Life by Edwin J. Scott, son of Roxanna Anderson and William Scott. It was published originally in 1884 and chronicles his long life. He was born in Sumterville in 1803 - in 1811 moved to Manchester, then to Camden, then to Columbia. In it he mentions many names and places. I will be happy to do any lookups for a mention of an ancestor. Blanche
