    1. [SCSUMTER-L] Scott Deed - William and Rozanna - 1806
    2. Dear Blanche, You seem to be helping everyone. As I have told you before, my Cason Scott (of Swift Creek) had seven sons, all of whom migrated to Mississippi Territory from ca 1810 to ca 1820. So I have collected early Scott documents of Sumter Co. (previously Sumter District.) One of Cason's sons, a Mississippi or Louisiana document reveals, was William Dickson Scott. In shuffling through some papers (long past filing time, of course) I discovered I had a copy from a film of a deed of William Scott and his wife Rozanna dated 1806. I don't recall which deed book but the pages are 176-177. It is taken from LDS film 0355678. It is not as good as one you could get from the courthouse. But if you do not have it and would like this copy, e-mail me privately. E.W.Wallace hdanw@aol.com
