Was born in Spartenburg, SC...I believe at the Spartenburg Regional Hospital on August 30, 1969. Was born "baby Debbie". Birth Mother was a twin and only 17 when she had baby Debbie. Birth Father was 23. I beleieve the Oconee Welfare Department handled the adoption, or helped with it. One of the case workers was Gloria M. Cleveland. Any info please e-mail me.
