GAFFNEY LEDGER--- 21 May 1896 Death of Mr. C.B. Bright <died 17 May 1896> Mr. C.B. Bright, an aged and respected citizen of the Thickety Mountain neighborhood, died last Friday afternoon, of a complication of diseases. Mr Bright was about seventy years of age. He was reared in the neighborhood in which he died. Interment took place Saturday afternoon at Macedonis church. Deceased leaves six children and a host of friends to mourn his departure.
