BELCHER, senior sagamore of Modoc Tribe, was born in Spartanburg county on April 6, 1911, the s/o MR. and MRS. K.M. BELCHER. He was educated in the city schools. In Nov. 14, 19??, he married MISS LOUISE COGGINS of the Zion Hill section and they have two little daughters, HAZEL ANN and Margaret Carolyn. He is employed at the Southern Loom- Reed Company.
