1925 Deaths and Funerals Feb.25- MRS. LEILA W. JOHNSON, mother of OLIN D. JOHNSON, attorney of Spartanburg died at Anderson Monday, having submitted to an operationand somedays later contracting pneumonia. Her husband, E.A. JOHNSON is now in a critical condition at his residence in Anderson. She was a native of Anderson county, having been born 54 years ago. Besides her husband she is survived by six children as follows; MRS. ALLIE MAE JENNINGS, Shoals Junction; OLIN D. JOHNSON, Spartanburg; PAUL JOHNSON and MRS. INEZ SIMPSON ,Anderson; WM. HALL, proprietor of HALL'S market on South church st., suffered a stroke of paralysis at his home, Tuesday. He had been ill for several days. His right side is affected. He was showing favorable symptoms Wed. morning and there are hopes of his recovery His physician was with him at the time he suffered the stroke. ----- J.T.
