Mine is Gabrielle (long a) and I go by Gaye for short. Yes, I found my ancestor's headstone. As a matter of fact it is almost perfectly in tact and stands almost center in the cemetary. Now is it true that the white cemetary is across the railroad tracks. My ancestor's half brothers are supposedly buried there. My ancestor was Nimrod Nesbitt. His father was James Nesbitt Esq. Today the Nesbitt House is a historic landmark and Mr Martin Meek lives in the home. I visited with him last year. Niles Nesbitt is said to be buried in the white cemetary and possibly Langdon Chevis Nesbitt. I would like to see their headstones to see if Nimrod's headstone matches.
