It does not make sense with her age that she would be called the Head of Household, but if she was Richard's widow by then, that might make sense. I guess stranger things have happened. (I have not completed my search of 1860 Edgefield to be able to trace her; she would have married her 2nd husband by then anyway.) I want to explain how I arrived at the page numbers: for example 90/39 -- with 90 being the number stamped on the page and 39 being the one written it; it would have been the 39th page for Edgefield District, as the same book had another county recoded ahead of it.
