I have been a subscriber to this list for some time and enjoy it very much. I receive e mails in the digest mode . When I used to open them all of the messages would appear and I could just scroll down them but now when I open them they show up as attachments which have to be opened individually Needless to say, I much preferred the old way. My question is this-- Is this change a result of something I may have inadvertently done ,such as changed an option on my Outlook Express, or is this controlled by how the list configures the digest mode. Probably something I did. I changed the maximum digest size from 32768 to 40000 characters. The size increase would result in slightly fewer digests files over time. But, if it makes digests less convenient to use, I'll change it back to the smaller size.
