    3. All estates must pass through probate court. Will the will their are executores, with an intestate the estate has administrators. The estate must be split between the hiers. IF the intestate is married with children the wife has dower rights to the estate. USually 1/3 of the value. The other 2/3s is divided between the children or the child's heirs recieving their parents portion. If the intestate died married without the children. the spouse recieved 1/2 of the estate with the other 1/2 divided between the parents and sibilngs or the siblings heirs. If the intestate died without spouse or children then the estate went the parents and siblings. The equity court records will records of estate payments to the minor heirs and orders of division.
