What has happened is that after posting the message several people went to the site and overloaded it causing it to go temporarily offline. The downside of having a Free-Yahoo website is that it only has a certain ammount of space on it. I'm hoping to update the site so that it can allow more people to view it. I'm also looking into the possibility of maybe creating a new webpage on a different server. Once again I sincerly apologize for this problem and hope to have it fixed soon.
