I am trying to find a connection to my Isaac YOUNG. Any help would be appreciated. Isaac YOUNG b. c. 1774 d. c. 1838, probably Williamsburg Co., SC Here is what I know about Isaac YOUNG: -came from the "North" -born before 1774, according to census data -first appears in SC census in 1800 in Georgetown Dist. -in 1800, Isaac is living with a woman and small boy (wife and son?) -in 1804, Isaac buys 50 acres from the STAGGERS family -in 1814, Isaac supposedly has a son, Isaac, born who married Margaret LYNCH -about 1820, Isaac married Martha, who had 3 sons and 3 daughters by previous marriages -in 1820, Isaac is living with a younger woman (Martha?), a young girl, and 3 young boys in the area of Williamsburg Dist., SC. -in 1825, a tax return was filed for Isaac YOUNG for 50 acres in Williamsburg Co., SC -from 1838-1840, his wife/widow, Martha, sells land -in 1840, land of Carter T. BAUGHAN is described, using "Mrs. YOUNG"'s land as one boundary. -in 1844, the will of Martha YOUNG, widow of Isaac YOUNG, is proved.
