John married Fannie in Stanly County NC and Wash married at least twice first to Laura J. and then to Eliza Elvina Edwards the had settled in Stanly County also. Nita
Nita, You mentioned a Mary Baucom from North Carolina. Do you know if she may have had a sister or family member named Judith or Judy Baucom? My GGG Grandmother was Judith Baucom and she married a Richmond Lee from Anson Co., N.C. I am not familiar with the Baucom name or the exact spelling of it. It seems there may have been several ways to spell it, but I have looked in the North Carolina census for Anson Co., N.C. and have seen several people with it spelled just as you have spelled it. I know if it a long shot but just wondered if you had heard of a Judith or Judy Baucom who married a Richmond Lee. Thanks, Jane Little McEndree -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, March 14, 2004 10:06 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [SC] Richard Smith HI I am searching for family of Richard Smithc 1825.
