They had a son James Nichols born 1815 in Tn. Then they migrated to Marengo Co., Al., the first record I find on them in Al. is 1831. Sarah Washburn, daughter of Gaberial Washburn, married James Law in S.C., they are also in Marengo Co., Al. by 1835. Thanks, Helen
