My interest is my grt grt grandad leary johnson fought along side of his slavemaster during the civil war . I'm trying to find more about his origins , through the man that possibly owned him. My grt grt grandad moved to calhoun county georgia just before 1870, it's possible he had brothers that came with him, willam, robert, james, and israel. His father was named jonathan johnson .
