Perhaps this is the book you may be after, although I can not say that there are over 350 Roberts covered. The book is <<Three Pioneer Rapides Parish [LA] Families- A genealogy>>, by George Mason Graham Stafford, published in 1968. I have a brief [2 page], hand written [mine], transcript [not the book] taken from this. The Robert line starts out with Rev. Pierre Robert, <<1650-1715, son of Daniel and Marie of St. Iaier, Switzerland>>. I see only a brief line to a <<James, killed in North Carolina>> in what I copied. This book apparently was being sold by Three Pioneer Rapides Fanmilies, 1744 White st., Aexandria, LA, 71301. My interest was in whatever was in the book about Elizabeth Robert, twice a widow before marrying, as his second wife, William Chicken. William Chicken, a son of Col. George Chicken, is my ancestor by his first wife, Elizabeth Hestil or, more likely, Hentie. Their daughter, Catherine Chicken, married Andrew Dewees of the PA Dewees.
