Sometimes I see a copy or two on ebay...Never a set Eve

Eve, Thank you so much for responding. I bought all the Indexes at a rare book store today and then realized that I have precious few of the volumes. I did a search on Abebooks and found 125 of the volumes but the idea of spending my life searching for the missing ones is not very appealing. Thanks again for your help and if I can ever do any lookups for you just yell.
