For those of you who don't know yet, I have created a "reunion webpage" http://rossdubose.homestead.com/dubosereunion.html. Please visit it. In an effort to reduce lodging costs, if many of us stay at the same hotel, we could get a discounted "group rate". I have found 5 hotels from which to choose that are within walking distance of the Huguenot Church, where we plan to have a presentation Saturday afternoon. These 5 also have banquet rooms, for our dinner Saturday night and to use throughout the day as a meeting place to share genealogy notes and simply visit and get to know one another. These 5 hotels are listed on the webpage and each has a link to the hotel's webpage. Please review them and make a decision of which you prefer to stay within the next two weeks. Please make note of your choice in the Guest Book, which is on the reunion webpage. By doing so, everyone can see where others wish to stay and that may help some with their choice. If you prefer to stay somewhere else entirely, that's fine too. Regardless, please make a note of where you plan to stay in the Guest Book. This will help with getting a head count and to get an idea of when most attendees have made a choice, so we can continue with making arrangements. As always, please make any suggestions that you think will make the reunion a most memorable experience. You can send them to me, or better yet, post them in the Guest Book, so others can see them and comment or spark other ideas. There are certainly many cousins, for whom I do not have their e-address, so please pass this message on to all DuBose kin that you know.
