Louis - in any of your searches into Stewarts - have you come across a Martha Stewart who married an Isaac Perry? Isaac was born ca 1782 and died in 1856. She died prior to 1856 (not mentioned in Isaac's will) They were primarily in Fairfield County, SC. Thanks Jacqui Martin - Los Angeles
We don't have any Marthas or Issacs in our family history line that goes back to 1750 in South Carolina. Sorry. Louis S.
p.s. my half bro's maternal grfa was a Perry and also from Central Texas. Perry is also supposed to be Indian; there was a Cherokee? Chief by the name of Perry-I may have the tribe wrong and can't remember the State. frances ----- Original Message ----- From: <MartinJac@aol.com> To: <SCROOTS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, February 26, 2001 22:27 PM Subject: Re: [SC] Need to find Stewart and McLure Cemetaries > Louis - in any of your searches into Stewarts - have you come across a Martha > Stewart who married an Isaac Perry?
