He was married to a Zilpha ?? In 1850 the census shows them in Newberry Co., S.C. and then on to Mississippi. They are the parents of Mary Ellen Conner who married Gilbert Newton Ford in Tupillo, Miss. One of their children was Zilfa Anna Ford married Wm. Worth Barngrover who were my grandparents. Do you think we might have a connection? Would love to compare. aking
