U.C.V. stands for United Confederate Veteran - similar to G.A.R. or Grand Army of the Republic - both organizations for veterans of the Civil War, or War Between the States if you're UCV! You're fortunate to have such a nice find. It would have been from their annual reunion of veterans. Sandy
