Erb Boyd PRATER was the son of Joseph & Mary BOYD PRATER. He was b. 1822 in Pickens Co., SC. He md. Katurah HENDRIX/HENDRICKS b. 1828. Was Katurah's father Henry HENDRIX? I understand there might be a Cherokee connection. I would really appreciate any possible help here.
